I've tried this and my wheel is still spinning and spinning. This will be day 3 it hasn't worked.
When I first set up Melio it was under a different user name. Then I realized I needed all of the notification emails coming to the business email so I began using a new login and PW. This didn't fix the notifications and now, although I can see the app is connected with the new login it has quit working on me. I don't think the new login has anything to do with Melio not working as it was working fine for over a week. Any ideas or suggestions on how to get it unstuck since the app isn't loading? Should I try connecting another online payment service? If so, which one do you recommend?
If you are using the bill payment feature by Melio, try creating a separate account to integrate with QBO as a workaround.
