Why isn’t online bill pay not working still?

To clarify, what's occurring when trying to access your online bill pay? (Examples: page isn't loading, missing button, etc.) In the meantime, let's try a few basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve this problem with your online bill pay.

Using a private browser or incognito window will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh page to remove any errors or glitches that may be happening in your account. Here's how: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P 

If this works, then go back to your regular window session and clear your browser's cache and cookies.

I've tried this and my wheel is still spinning and spinning. This will be day 3 it hasn't worked.

When I first set up Melio it was under a different user name. Then I realized I needed all of the notification emails coming to the business email so I began using a new login and PW.  This didn't fix the notifications and now, although I can see the app is connected with the new login it has quit working on me.  I don't think the new login has anything to do with Melio not working as it was working fine for over a week.  Any ideas or suggestions on how to get it unstuck since the app isn't loading?  Should I try connecting another online payment service?  If so, which one do you recommend?

If you are using the bill payment feature by Melio, try creating a separate account to integrate with QBO as a workaround.
