With recent update to my QB on Android, I can't see the custom fields I created. Please help

Hi there, ray94

I understand how important custom fields are to your business, particularly when creating new transactions with those custom fields. I'll assist you in resolving this issue so you can get back to business.

Let's start by performing troubleshooting steps to address any underlying app issues. To do so, let's clear the data for the QuickBooks Online mobile app first.

Like this:

  1. Press and hold the QuickBooks Online Mobile app icon, then select App info.
  2. Click on Clear data at the bottom part.
  3. Then, hit Clear all data.

Once done, check if you can now add customer information without issues. You can also Reboot your device before opening the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the mobile app. This can help you get a fresh installation that can help resolve any persistent issues related to outdated or corrupted app data.

I've added this article as an additional resource: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.

Let me know if you still have other questions or any concerns about custom fields. Have a great day!
