with the new invoice layout how can you do "send later"?
I'm here to share some information about the "Send later" feature of an invoice, Jess1020.
With the new invoice layout, the "Send Later" feature is no longer available directly within the invoice.
As a workaround for this change, I recommend the following steps:
Moreover, here's an article for a step-by-step process if you want to personalize your sales forms in the future: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

RE: With the new invoice layout, we have made some improvements to streamline the process. As a result, the "Send Later" feature is no longer available directly within the invoice.
This appears to be the opposite of streamlining the process. I has made it more clunky, and based on your description it appears Intuit has actually removed the send later feature. Am I missing something?
As i'm checking the phasing of new invoice, I just noticed when you open the invoice: create > invoice > manage > scheduling > there's this "more option" and a letter i inside the circle where it says send and print later "you can print or send this invoice later on the All sales list, filtered by delivery method"
this send and print later can be found above the print later. It's quite confusing like what's the purpose of this print later if you will still need to access the invoice on: All sales > invoice > send/print.

I am also in need of the old "Send Later" Function. I have to supply supporting documentation with each invoice I send. I typically create the invoices throughout the week when the work is performed, but have to wait until I receive the supporting docs until I can send the invoices to my customers. Without the "Send Later" function, this has become much more arduous. Why does SLOWbooks continue to make things more difficult for it's customers!? I want the software program that I signed up for, not the program that has been infinitely tweaked by programmers who have no real world experience with accounting.
So, "send later" as in a batch, is no longer available. But "print later" as a batch is still available. This means for all the invoices, including my reoccurring, which I want to send to my customers at the end of the month....when I'm ready to send them (ex: not on a the first of the month) the send later feature that was batched in my desktop version is not available. This is bad. I now have to find those invoices and manually send each one separately? over 200 of them. This is a much needed FIX by Intuit. Another overlooked design feature. Please update this.
