PRIOR to contacting you here I had been on the phone with Customer Care and for Online and for Apps, etc. I was told to have Apple Subscription cancelled since it was the wrong account that was setup on the App and not associated with my online account. I paid for this initially and I was trying to get that refunded in less than 15 hours of setting it up. The charge still came through on my credit card account. How do I get this refunded?

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, by Apple subscription, did you mean QuickBooks Desktop for Mac? Or do you have QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed?
Both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed can be accessed via an application. When you purchase either of these subscriptions, you can log into your account through the web browser or by installing the application on your android or iOS device.
