Join nowGood morning all. I have been tasked with figuring out how to find past e-filed 941 & Fl. Unemployment forms completed. Maybe someone can explain this to me?
I'm also looking into how Sales and Sales Tax is generated with in QuickBooks online and how we pay it? We have been going online to report our sales tax (which isn't much due to the fact that we are a Service Company) at the end of each month. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You've come to the right place for assistance. I'd be glad to show you how to view previously filed tax forms and sales tax info in QuickBooks Online.
There are just a few steps to view the e-filed 941 & Fl. Here's how:
1. Click Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. Or select Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms. (If available, select Preview to view forms not yet filed.)
The following article provides additional info about viewing your previously filed tax forms and payments.
I'm also linking a few other articles that cover using Sales Tax in QBO:
That will do it. Please feel free to comment below if you have any other questions. Take care!
