Employers file Form 941 every quarter to report wages, tips, taxes withheld, and social security and Medicare contributions. Due by the last day of the following month. The 2nd Quarter 941 form was already due last July 31st. For more details, refer to this article: How QuickBooks populates Form 941.
Since the deadline has passed, we can no longer do late filing. However, it is still possible to manually file the form by accessing the official website of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). You can check out this article for more details: IRS website.
