Thank you for posting your question here in the QuickBooks Community, Finsec. I'm happy to help you import your CSV file of invoices.

I recognize the importance of importing your CSV file into QuickBooks Online (QBO). The error you encountered may be due to the sales tax setup in your account. Before we can proceed with importing your invoices, we need to turn off this feature. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Select Sales Tax Settings.
  3. Click Turn off sales tax.

Please note that we can turn off your sales tax if you:

  • Don't have transactions that have been created after enabling Automated Sales Tax.
  • If you do, the transactions are deleted the same day the Automated Sales Tax was turned on.

If you have transactions with Sales tax, please refer to this article to handle them: Turn off sales tax in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, let me share this article if you want to customize your sales receipts, estimates, and invoices: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Keep in touch if you still have questions about importing. Don't hesitate to reply on this thread. Have a great day, and take care.

@finsec-deltasac-

Another option, use an importer tool as a workaround.
