Electronically filing form 941

We've been using our Enterprise QuickBooks account to electronically file since 2013. Multiple times per year, it's straight forward, when I look at my e-filing history report, the status always says "Agency Accepted". However, since updating to the latest version of Enterprise (Manufacturing & Wholesale version), the status simply says "Submitted To Intuit". and the field that shows me the "Agency Tracking #" is blank. However, when I click on the "View Audit Trail" link, it shows me both the "Submitted to Intuit" as well as the "Submitted to Agency" statuses as well as tracking numbers. Is this some sort of issue with QuickBooks just not updating the report?  Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a fix? Are we missing something new in the process that is required to complete the filing? My Admin contacted intuit and was told to call the IRS. They were unable to tell her if the filing was successful. I would like to avoid the endless hours on hold with the IRS if I can just solve this internally.
