Regrettably, this proposed solution does not address the root issue; rather, it merely duplicates the actions that repeatedly prompted support assistance. Fortunately, the export window is now functioning correctly, enabling the simultaneous download of both tax and payroll data, as was the case prior to the October 1st implementation changes.
