Has anyone ever actually spoken to a tax expert in the resolution center?

I have waited 45 days for my uploaded notice to be reviewed and a tax expert has still not been assigned to my case. I am now getting threatening letters from the IRS and cannot connect with anyone in the resolution department directly.

As much as I'd love to help you with this, we're unable to check your account here in the Community space for security reasons. That said, I suggest contacting our payroll support team to help you. They have the necessary tools to check your account and initiate a screen-sharing session to review the issue and get a reliable resolution.

 

 Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
