How can I track sales within quickbooks utilizing an outside platform?

Hey Danielle! I can help you track your GoDaddy sales in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To accomplish this, you have the option to generate sales receipts or invoices. If your customer pays for products or services right away, create a sales receipt. If you anticipate receiving payment for the products and services you've sold, send an invoice to your customers. You can include the product or service you are selling in an invoice and then email it to your customer.

Also, you have a couple of options for getting your data into QBO. You can import your data from GoDaddy into QBO, but make sure it's in the right format before you do.

Alternatively, you can check out the Apps menu to find Intuit-approved apps to help with the data import. Here's what to do:

  1. Log in to QBO.
  2. Head to the Apps tab on the left navigation panel.
  3. Enter a keyword in the search bar or select the Browse category dropdown to explore different apps.

If you want to run some basic reports to see how your business is doing, check out this article for guidance: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have any other QBO questions. We want to ensure your data transfer to QBO is smooth so you can manage your sales without hassle. Have a great day!
