How do I deduct a Tax Credit in QBO Taxes?

We are wanting to utilize a Missouri Maternity Tax Credit. Can QBO's support tax credits through payroll taxes? If so, how do we proceed with this? Can we turn our payroll taxes off for Missouri and only pay in the 30% difference for the 70% tax credit? Any advice on tax credits would be greatly appreciated.
