How to amend automatic tax filings in QBO?

I have some tax filings that are automatically generated and 'pre-filled' by my Quickbooks Online Account. However, due to some updated circumstances, and changes throughout the year, some of those reports that are filed/ready to file are not completely accurate and could use some adjusting/updating. How do I go about updating them properly so they are filed with the agencies correctly and as accurately as possible?
