how to delete vehicle that does not exist

That's a good question, Lauren. While directly deleting a vehicle isn't an option, we can make it inactive in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Please note that we can't make a Primary Vehicle inactive. We must first assign another vehicle as the primary. Afterward, we can inactivate the original, keeping your records organized and up-to-date.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBSE account and select the Gear icon.
2. Click on Vehicle info.
3. Choose the one you want to remove.
   
4. Then, select the Vehicle no longer in use button.
