It seems you're encountering challenges migrating your historical payroll data from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO), JSpring79. To clarify, QBO does not automatically migrate historical payroll data from QBDT. I'm here to share why you can't see your payroll history.
To do this, gather key payroll history information, including pay stubs or payroll reports showing year-to-date amounts. Then, start the setup in QBO by signing in as the primary admin. Add the payroll history information to QBO. Before you begin, ensure you have employee pay stubs or payroll reports with year-to-date amounts. These should detail each pay item, deduction, tax, and net pay. Here's how:

Did you use QB Desktop 2024 Plus + Enhanced Payroll?
Chrea, yes I used QB Desktop ProPlus and Enhanced Payroll.
You may have 2 options:
1. Resubscribe both subscriptions and ask for the refund within 60 days. The downside is that you may have difficulty getting the refund easily.
2. Use the trial version of QB Desktop Enterprise Gold
