If you're unable to locate the tax forms in the Archived Forms section, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team for assistance. One of our specialists will gather personal information to access your account and then archive the payroll forms for you.
Follow these steps to reach them:
- In your company, head to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
- Choose the Assistant tab and then enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something field. For example, needs help in archiving the W-2 forms.
- Click the Get help from a human link and type a phrase or keyword in the What can we help you with? box.
- Press the Continue button to view the support options and choose Chat to start a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
