You can run the Taxable Sales Detail Report to pull up your preferred report, info2036. I can help you in customizing this.

Please know that the Sales Tax Liability Report outlines the taxable and non-taxable sales tax you've collected and owe to tax agencies. Since you want to view your gross and non-taxable sales, we can run the Taxable Sales Detail Report and personalize it so you can view the details you're finding. I'll show you how:

  1. Head to the Reports tab.
  2. Type Taxable Sales Detail in the search field provided.
  3. Select Customize.
  4. Set the date range.
  5. On the Filter dropdown, please tick these checkboxes:
    • Customer Taxable to non-taxable sales.
    • Distribution Account to All Income/Expense Accounts
    • Product/Service Taxable to Non-Taxable
  6. Click Run report.
