Join nowHas anyone experienced QB filling your quarterly or annual tax forms blank. I am in Oregon and my Quarterly Form OQ and 132 have been filed blank for multiple quarters spanning several years. I recently just realized when I received a notice of assessment from the State of Oregon Revenue Department for late or missing fillings. I have tried to call QB support in the hopes of reaching their tax professionals but I keep getting the same response from them, They can not connect me directly with them. I am now being audited by the state of Oregon and am owing penalties and interest for the most recent screw up by Quickbooks, a quarter in 2021 filed blank. This is getting out of control and will be looking to hold QuickBooks responsible for these damages, I just need proof that I am not the only one.

Thank you for the reply, as I stated I have been dealing with this for 3 years. It was only recently I got fed up with the answers the support team had about the matter. Right now I am looking for any evidence that this problem has occurred to other people.
In fact, you can do me a huge favor and see if QuickBooks Online will pay for the standing interest on this specific mistake. Quarter 2 of 2021 has an overdue balance and an interest balance of $1,454.17 because of the incorrect filling. I would really appreciate the help.
We are having the same sort of problem.
We have run QBO for years and are in Oregon and it worked fine. Last year we opened a facility in Tennesee and all of a sudden QBO stopped filing our Oregon taxes (the reports would show up (DOUBLED, in fact) but Oregon would not receive them. I had to download them and send them in. Now, Q1 of 2024 and I can't even find the reports in QBO! I've had several different tech support sessions and can't seem to get anywhere. So frustrated at this point I'm ready to leave QBO for Payroll. Looking at Gusto
