By far the worst experience. Payroll correction team have NOT idea how to do their job.
I summited a payroll request and they did it wrong, then they gave me a new case to fix their error, make me wait more than a month and guess what? they did it wrong AGAIN. And now they open a 3er case to fix AGAIN their mistake and want me to wait 40-60 days. They are so unprofessional and don't know the importance of taxes and payroll. And you cant even talk to the supervisor or anyone. WORST customer service ever. They just don't care.
