This way, the program can track that you have manually filed the form outside QuickBooks.

- Go to the Filings or Quarterly Forms section.
- Find the specific form you need to clear, which may be in the "Action Needed" or "Coming Up" sections, or an "Archived Forms" area.
- Select the option to Record Filing for the liability you've paid and filed.
- Confirm the details and select Done.
