I have spent over 2.5 hours on the phone with different representatives of QB who are not competent. After switching from over 10 years of desktop to online, there is no one that is able to assist with the payroll side. My payroll taxes that were deducted for August 2023 in Desktop are not in the online payroll. No one can seem to figure out the issue and now my payroll taxes are late. I am no longer able to access the desktop to run the report or pay the payroll liabilities. Also, QB was quick to fraudulently charge me for QB desktop payroll even after I no longer have desktop.
Anyone else know how to access the desktop data since it wasn't migrated correctly?
Which QB Desktop year version did you run?
Hi there, Tingwerson.
Ensuring timely tax payments is of paramount importance, and it's disheartening to learn about the challenges you faced while communicating with our Payroll Support Team regarding the missing taxes in Online Payroll.
As a response to this matter, we have taken the initiative to escalate your case to our Next Level Help Team. They will thoroughly examine the documentation from your recent interaction with the Payroll Team and reach out to you within 1 to 2 business days. Their goal is to gather additional information and provide further assistance in resolving this issue.
You can always reach out to us again if you need anything else. We're always here to help.
Good luck they won’t do anything because they have no skills that’s why they keep you on hold all day and make you verify 5 times
