Quickbooks Payroll Online Tax Screwed Up

Hi has anyone had success getting Intuit to fix a tax issue they screwed up? My Q1 taxes were filed wrong so I ended up with checks from the IRS and state saying it was overpaid. I can't get anyone with a decent amount of english or sense on the line. Spent 6 hours today in chat and calls. STUPID, I MEAN STUPID questions like when did we last email you about this case? And what did the email say? When did you file this case? What did you want us to dos for you? UNREAL INTUIT!!!! I basically got an email saying my amended tax case is closed but it doesn't give any information and 6 hours into it today I have no resolution. It's been 3+ months. Any help of a contact email or higher up type department would be amazing!
