Printing 941 Form

If you've manually filed your form, here's how to print it:

1. Go to Taxes, then select Payroll Tax.
2. Choose Fillings, then locate the 941 form.
3. Click the dropdown arrow, then select Preview.
4. You'll be routed to another tab where your 941 form is ready to print on a PDF form.
5. Once ready, click the printer icon to print.

If you've filed your form through E-filing, follow these steps:

1. Click Taxes, then click Payroll Tax. 
2. Select the Fillings tab.
3. View your current tax forms in the Action Needed or Coming Up section. Or select Resources, then Archived forms and fillings for past forms.

If you haven't filed your forms in QBO yet, consider running a Payroll Summary report to view this quarter's data.
