Sales Tax Liability report

When my employee is running a sales tax liability report for the month, her sales tax payable isn't the correct amount.  When I run the report it shows the correct amount.  We checked date range and the preferences and all are correct.  What else could it be?

Sales Tax Liability report

Good morning, @Cody38

Welcome to the Community!

Let's have another employee run the report as well to see if it shows the correct amount. This will help us determine if it's the certain employee that's having a problem and narrow down the issue.

If this other employee is about to see the correct information, I recommend deleting and recreating the employee's user that was having the problem when running the report.

Feel free to come back and let us know how that goes. I'll be waiting for your response!

I had another employee run the report and it produced the correct numbers in the sales tax payable column.

Sales Tax Liability report

Hey there, @Cody38

Thanks for chiming back in and giving us some additional information.

Since the other employee was able to see the correct amount, the issue is more than likely just that one employee user. With that being said, let's try deleting and recreating her in the system.

Afterwards, have her try to review the information again. Please let us know how this process goes. I'll be waiting for your response!
