Yes, same problem here.  I assume it is transient problem that will get fixed soon.

Same here. Looks like it has been an issue. since last week. I tried to turn mine on again and it is saying the wrong state for me. Everytime I try to do it, it is picking random states or multiple states.

happening to us here too. hopefully this gets resolved soon.  PDF invoices from last week show tax but quickbooks itself isn't.  this will be such a massive headache if quickbooks doesn't fix this soon

Hello, Purewaterpoolstx. Normally, when you reactivate the setting, it should work. What specific error did you encounter?

To start, I recommend trying some browser troubleshooting steps. Begin by refreshing your web browser to ensure you're viewing the latest information. Sometimes, cached data collected by the browser to improve loading speeds can become overloaded, causing performance or display issues. Clearing your cache can often fix these problems.

If the issue persists, I suggest accessing your account through a private or incognito browser window. This step bypasses cached data and prevents potential conflicts caused by browser extensions, ensuring smoother functionality.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private/incognito window for your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Alternatively, consider using a different compatible browser to ensure optimal performance.

If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to assist you every step of the way and ensure everything works seamlessly for you.
