Unemployment Insurance - set to efil/epay but want to switch it to print and pay

We have went to VEC and files and submitted payment online for quarterly state unemployment insurance for VA. When I went to record it in QB, the state is set to epay/efile. What are the steps needed to adjust this to print/file so that I can continue going to VEC to do this going forward for scheduling purposes.

You can get in touch with our Customer Care team for assistance with opting out of e-file and e-pay services. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and discuss the request to opt-out of these features.
 

They can be reached while you're using QuickBooks.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. In your top menu bar, go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.


     
  2. Click Contact Us.


     
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in our Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) field, then hit Continue.


     
  4. Select We’ll contact you for a callback or Message Us to start an instant messaging session.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
