I use Quickbooks Enterprise 24 and Enhanced Payroll. I have verified with customer service that my version is up to date as well as my payroll.
I have e-filed my W2's and clicked the box to let my employees view their W2 on the workforce site. Everyone was sent an invite prior to my filing. They have accepted and are all able to access the site. However, My W2's are not showing up in the workforce site. I have also went back into the file forms section and tried to send it to workforce again. I get the email that states that the W2 is ready for viewing with the link, however each time I go into the site the W2 is not there for 2024.
Also a separate issue, I cannot print any copies for my records. I click print pdf and nothing happens. I have gone through customer service 2 times for hours troubleshooting and nothing has solved the printing issue. This is why I was falling back on the Workforce site, which appears to be not receiving the W2's. I am not sure what the issue is for printing, I can print anywhere else in Quickbooks with no problems.
Any help would be appreciated.

We recommend contacting our Customer Support Team again so they can help you review your account with a screen share about not being able to see the W-2's. They'll be able to use certain tools to get to the bottom/cause of this issue.
As for the printing problem, QuickBooks Desktop offers a free troubleshooting tool called the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Within the tool hub, you could use the print and PDF repair tool to resolve the printing issue.
We want to ensure that this gets taken care of as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for your response!

I have already contacted support 2 times and neither times my issue was resolved. I have done a screen share with them both. I was on that session for over 2 hours with both of them. They tried everything that they had available and it still has not solved my issues.
As far as the printing, I have ran the toolhub more than a few times. I also ran it with both of the support members on screen share. It did not fix my printing issue.
Just an update on my printing issue. I have figured out that the default PDF program (Adobe) was not working with this version of Quickbooks. I have changed my default app for PDF to a different program. Everything will print now. So Adobe was causing the issue, not Quickbooks in my case.
I tried again to send myself the W2 to workforce and it still has not worked. I receive the email that directs me to the site, I log in and still no W2. I e-filed on 1/28/25. So I am guessing that it should be there now. It has been 2 days and still no W2 on Workforce. I am at a loss at what to do for this.
Just an update on the workforce issue I was having. In order for paychecks and W2's to show up on workforce, the information has to be transmitted. I was under the impression that it was doing this automatically. I found out that it is not. If you go to the top menu list and click "employees" then click send payroll data. It will bring you to a window that shows what can be transmitted. I found my W2's and payroll in here. I hit the send button, after a few min it said it was sent. I checked workforce and all of the info in now there for me and all of the employees.
Hopefully this helps other people that are having a similar issue with this.
