If you're using a different payment processing service, you’ll need to manually mark your client's invoice as paid by following these steps:
- Go to Invoices and find the invoice.
- Select the small arrow icon in the Action column.
- Choose Mark as paid.
On the other hand, if you turn on QuickBooks Payments, the system will automatically mark your client's invoice as paid once you receive their payment.
