I have been trying to do the PayPal Connector for my 3 PayPal accounts for a month, and I get the 504 error where it can't complete/connect to PayPal. How do we fix this?

This is the "your PayPal app needs attention message" - update now won't work!

I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They can pinpoint what’s causing the 504 error and guide you through the steps to resolve it. Here's how:
 

  1. Click on the Help icon in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Search tab, and select the Contact Us button.
  3. Type your concern in the box and hit Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us.
