You need to open a web browser to change your payment method in QuickBooks Time Sheet, Jessica.
Before we proceed, could you please let me know whether you were trying to update your payment method in the Workforce app or through a web browser? Please note that you can't update payment information using the Workforce app.
Here's how to update in a web browser:
- Log in to your QBTime account.
- Navigate to your Profile and then select Billing and Subscription.
- Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
- This will launch the Wallet list. From this view, you can:
- Edit your payment method (including expiration date, billing address, and account holder name). Note: The billing address on the card must match the country listed on your company's address.
- Add a new payment info.
- Switch QuickBooks Time billing to the previously stored payment method.
- After saving your changes, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing and Subscription page.
