You've got me here, @fkcollins.
The 502 Bad Gateway has been resolved. This error occurs when there are too much data in your default browser.
To help fix this, you'll first have to sign in to your QBO account using a private browser. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Command + Shift + N (Safari)
Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox)
From there, you'll have to log in to your QBO account using this link: https://qbo.intuit.com. If it works, let’s go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache to get a clean slate for your browser. This helps the program to function efficiently. You can also use other supported browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.
We continuously monitor system slowdowns real-time. To help you get updated about their status, I recommend visiting this website: http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/.
You can also go to this website: Video Tutorials. This link provides you step-by-step videos to effectively manage your income, expenses, banking, workers, and inventory in the program.
I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a great day, @fkcollins.
