I created a customized estiamte template in Word and then imputed the file into Quickbooks Online. Quickbooks asked that I sync the required fields from a drop down menu of options (for example - estimate date, customer name, estimate number, description, total), I did so. However I had to select a few custom fields. And when I go to preview the template and to use it, only some of my custom fields are working. How can I get all custom fields to work properly. I've attached a copy of what the esimate template looks like in QB Online and you can see where the custom field is working in some boxes, but not all. Thank you.
