No one has figured this out yet and it is straining my company.... With that in mind, Is it possible for me to set up a temp. online account, move my company file to the online account and then move it back to my computer in a new company file? I have two different Intuit reps. talking with Capital One..... Neither the Capital One side or the QB side can figure out what is happening. We are currently trying to get Capital One to review their log files to see if that will shed light on why I can't connect..... Also, I know this is a rare issue but it is Very important that it get resolved bc Capital One does not offer a .QBO file download.... This is literally the only way to get transactions besides manually entering them.....

Has anyone out there come across this error "88888 No FI accounts found for given credentials. Please try with a different credentials". My bank feed with Capital One worked fine till the latest update and now when I try to connect I get this error.... Please Help! Using QB Desktop 2018 on Windows 10.....
