I am having issues with our BOA credit card accounts not updating properly (the same transactions uploading to multiple cards, new transactions not loading at all, transactions being brought in twice). It's a complete wreck. I have called the QB online customer care phone line 2x. I'm told the engineers are working on it and that when they have a solution, I will be emailed. It's been over a week, I haven't received an email. I asked them what was a reasonable timeframe to expect results. I was not given an answer. I am completely frustrated. I did try 2 things: 1. Delete transactions from the bank "review" screen. Apparently you can't do that. I was told I would have to add the INCORRECT transactions to the credit card register and then delete them there. WHAT?! 2. I also tried to manually download credit card transactions from BOA then import them into QB online. That didn't work either, transactions were duplicating. BOO QB Online! I am super disappointed with this.
