Thanks for posting in the Community, @Siss. I'm here to help with your payroll account.
Just to clarify, are you referring to the company's bank account that's having money withdrawn for direct deposit (DD)? If so, you can locate information about changing this account in the following link: Change bank account information.
Should you be referring to the bank account within QuickBooks Online (QBO) not being correct, for example, the payroll checks are associated with Business Checking 1 in QBO, but were actually paid from Business Checking 2, there's a different process. In this instance, you would need to update the preferences section in your payroll account, with the following article walking you through the steps: Payroll accounting preferences.

Good day, Siss,
I appreciate your time getting in touch with us today. I can help you update your payroll schedule on your payroll profile.
There are 2 ways to edit the payroll schedule. Let me guide you through the steps:
Option 1: Edit the pay schedule directly from the employee's profile.
On your Intuit Online Payroll account, go to the Employees tab.
Click the Pay Schedule of the affected employee.
In the How often do you pay Eloisa? (Pay Schedule) section, click Edit.
Enter the correct schedule.
If you get a prompt, The following employee(s) are on the same pay schedule as [Employee Name]?, choose which employees you want to update the pay schedule for.
Option 2: Edit the schedule in the Setup Overview page.
On your Intuit Online Payroll account, go to the Setup tab.
Click Pay Schedules from the Payroll section.
In the Pay Schedules box, locate the schedule you want to update then click Edit.
Update the period or the pay date.
That should do rectify the problem, Siss. You might want to check this article for your reference: Employee payroll schedules in online payroll
Please let me know if you have any questions with the process. I'm here if you need further assistance. Have a good one!
