Sometimes, scroll bars would stop working due to cache-related issues. We can do basic troubleshooting steps to clear this up.
Let's open your company file in an incognito or private browser mode. Then, go the Employee's section and finalize the payroll from the Pay Runs tab.
If it's successful, go back your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing the cache fixes certain issues on the sites.
On the other hand, we can also use a different browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.
If the same thing happens, then contact our Customer Care Team. We will help you finalize the pay run.
