Hello, @tacotuesday.   I'm happy to share some insights about sending invoices from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).   When sending the same invoice it'll have the zero balance since the invoice may already be paid. However, it'll show the correct balance and the previous payment made when viewing the invoice since the account summary is used.   In this case, you may use the recurring payment feature which will help you save time and work faster than before.
