Snap receipts

Learn how to snap receipts on the go using your phone. Use the QuickBooks Accounting app to capture and upload receipts and bills from your mobile device.

1. Snap a photo of your receipt or bill on your mobile device


  • If you haven't already, install the QuickBooks Accounting app for iOS or Android.


  • Open the QuickBooks Accounting mobile app.


  • Select the Menu icon.


  • Select Receipt snap.


  • Select Receipt camera and snap a photo of your receipt or bill.


  • Select Use this photo, then Done.
