In its role as a processor of your Customer Data, Intuit may engage various third-party subprocessors to process your Customer Data. The following subprocessors are authorised by Intuit to process Customer Data that you provide through the QuickBooks Online Payroll Services.

- Synchronicity Technology Solutions Limited
- Salesforce.com, Inc.
