Pro Tax in Intuit Accountant Suite: What you need to know

Pro Tax in Intuit Accountant Suite has the same functionality you’re used to, just in a new home. With QuickBooks Online Accountant being discontinued in December 2026, now’s the time to get familiar with Intuit Accountant Suite. Switching over is easy—your client roster, roles and permissions, and firm set up all carry into Intuit Accountant Suite intact.

Once you’re in Intuit Accountant Suite, find Pro Tax in the left-hand navigation bar and select Work → Pro Tax.

You'll also find quick-access widgets at the top of your Intuit Accountant Suite dashboard to jump straight into your tax modules. If you want Pro Tax front and centre every time you log in, you can bookmark it for one-click access.
