With routine work automated, books kept up to date, and insights easier to surface, you can focus on the questions and decisions that move your clients forward. • Stay ahead of your clients’ cash flow: New Cashflow Forecasting unites your clients’ QuickBooks history, live bank activity, and predictive intelligence to provide a more complete view of what’s ahead.
• Turn financial data into strategic business insights to fuel growth: Ask Intuit Intelligence questions about your clients’ financial data to surface trends and insights, then build summaries and presentation-ready reports with charts, KPIs, and AI-generated commentary to share with them.
• Get more done faster with automation: Create custom automations and let Intuit Intelligence handle recurring tasks such as invoicing, categorization, payment reminders, and payroll, all under your guidance and approval.

One inbox for every client conversation (Beta): Engage with clients, share files, and maintain an audit log in one place. The assigned team has access to every client message. Email reminders mean less chasing clients and faster answers.

Free your team from repetitive work (Beta): Set custom automations for tasks like reconciliation, categorization, and month-end prep. Tell Intuit Intelligence chat what you want done, then run it across client files or set it on a recurring schedule.

Access multiple files at once: Open each client you’re working on in its own tab. Reconcile one, review another, jump between related entities. In Intuit Accountant Suite, your whole portfolio is a click away.

We’ve also added new capabilities to Intuit Accountant Suite Accelerate, our premium subscription-based plan. And right now, you can try it in beta at no cost through the end of this year.

Onboard every client faster (Beta): Create repeatable workflows to standardize and automate client onboarding across teams, services, and industries. Once built, apply to new clients in a single push.

Less digging, more advising (Beta): Get an AI summary of what needs attention across your portfolio every time you sign in. By surfacing anomalies, bookkeeping issues, and their causes, it lets you skip the digging and stay on top of every client file.

Cross-client analysis without the manual work (Beta): Ask Intuit Intelligence chat anything about your client portfolio to find cross-client patterns, identify what needs attention, and surface data to support advisory.
