Unpaid Bills by Customer

I need to pay bills from Vendor that are FOR a specific Customer/Job.  QBO  has taken this filter away.  Suggestions on how I am supposed to give my boss a report of open bills that are still unpaid for a specific Customer/Job?

I have the same problem.  How can I see an unpaid bills report for a specific customer/job.  The only report in the online version shows only the list of unpaid vendors.  There needs to be a filter to show by customer.

I'm here to lend a hand in generating a report for unpaid bills by customer or job via QuickBooks Online.

You can pull up and customize the Transaction Detail by Account report.

Here's how:

1. Go to Reports and search for Transaction Detail by Account report.
2. Group the report by Vendor.
3. Click the Gear icon and select Customer.
4. Click Customize.
5. Go to Filter and Select Transaction Type and A/P Pad.
6. This will show all the unpaid bills by customer or job.
