BMO Connection stopped working, when you go check it shows "Unavailable" cannot get through to anyone on QB side to confirm there is outage and its being worked on.

There are times when financial institutions become disconnected with QuickBooks Online, that require an investigation with our Development Team. If the issue persists, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They'll be able to gather in depth information, and escalate the issue to our Development Team for further investigation, in order to restore the connection as soon as possible!

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Thanks for joining us here. The issue with BMO is on our end and has been escalated for further investigation with our Development Team. At this time, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, so they can add you to the list of affected users, and ensure you receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved. In addition, you can follow the bank feed status here. In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions, so your account remains accurate and up to date.

Still having issues with the BMO Mastercard. Same banking alert since Jan.23.2024. Spoke with someone really nice at Intuit who explained the issue and added me to the existing ticket. Received an email saying everything was fixed so I had my client re-connect the bank feed and everything looked good. Next day same problem all over again. This time my chat with Intuit was extremely unpleasant! The man told me it was a BMO problem and that I just needed to keep re-connecting my bank feed. I am getting tired of constantly requesting my client go in and re-connect the bank. They good money every month for their subscription!

Although the investigation appears to have been resolved, I do see that other QuickBooks customers continue to be experience the same issue.
