You'll want to add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This way, they can access your QBO without dealing with the file transfer. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Manage users.
- Go to the Accounting firms tab.
- Enter your accountant email and click Invite.
- Complete the needed information and click Save.
