Currently, we have a reported case about the Northwest Bank being unable to connect (Bank error 324).
As a workaround, you can manually upload your bank transactions via the WebConnect file. Please refer to this article for the step-by-step instruction: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Meanwhile, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and provide this case number INV-63040.

Another option, utilize SlickConnect for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
