App keeps crashing. Anyone else having issues?

Here are the steps you need to follow:

 

For iOS users

 

  1. Go to Settings and then tap on General.
  2. Hit on the iPhone Storage and then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Select Offload App.

 

This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Android users

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and then tap on More Options ⋮.
  2. Hit on Settings and then Refresh Data.
  3. Click YES to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Online mobile application. If the problem continues, you can access QuickBooks Online using other supported browsers.
