Apple subscription is active but QuickBooks is not working saying subscription isn't active. No solution from neither Apple or QuickBooks customer service.

YEAH SO IF YOU GUYS THINK QB IS WORKING ON THIS INVESTIGATION YOU ARE WRONG. 

THEY HAVE QUIT AND ARE ONLY GOING TO ATTEMPT A CASE BY CASE FIX.  THEY CONCLUDED THAT IT IS NOT A WIDE NET QUICKBOOKS ISSUE AS IT ONLY IS AFFECTED WITH IOS.  AND THEY FEEL THEY HAVE SPENT TO MUCH MONEY ON THIS ISSUE FOR TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A FIX AND HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE IT AND MOVE ON. 

 

SO IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES DON'T JUST HOPE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIX, YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR OWN INVESTIGATION STARTED TO HAVE THIS ISSUE WORKED ON. 

 

DISSAPOINTING AS I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS SET UP THROUGH INTUIT AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEIR PRODUCTS GREAT TO WORK WITH EXCEPT WE ARE HITTING February AND I AM NOT ABLE TO WORK ON MY END OF YEAR REPORTS AND AM WONDERING IF I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND MANY EXTRA HOURS TO TRANSFER DATA TO GET MY BOOKS RIGHT AGAIN.

PLEASE have the engineers work on my account ASAP!!!! I have paid through APPLE, but quickbooks has still logged me out of my account !!!

 I am having the same issues!!!! AGAIN for the second time!!!! PLEASE HELP.   This is so ridiculous

I have already been on the phone with customer care for 3 or 4 HOURS!!!!!!   This needs to be solved ASAP.   I have a multi-million $$$$ business to run, and this is ridiculous .      HELPPPPPP

I have tried this multiple times on the mobile app, and still not working. I also tried on a Microsoft computer too.   Not working still

Do you actually work with quickbooks ? 
It is my understanding on the many phone calls that I have placed.  QBO engineers are no longer working an investigation to be added to.  They have came to a point where they are no longer putting time through on this issue as a whole. They have worked on it too many hours, and since it is not an issue through all of Quickbooks Online but only with IOS subscribers they are only doing  each "case" at a time. so there is in fact nothing to be "added" to. At this point I should be put on the payroll with quickbooks for the amount of hours I have had to sit on the line with them for.  I am three months in, and I am going to be behind on my end of the year books because the service I am still paying for I am not able to utilize it. I have not been able to invoice for one of my company's since November/ December. It has my books drained because I have so much billing to do and I keep on being told it should be resolved soon.

seriously. THANK YOU. I can at least get back into my account now. Maybe one day I can change my payment method.

Im with you.  You had this happen before ?  How long did it take to get this resolved ?  Have you called them again to have it escalated to a case that an engineer is working on ?

I paid for my subscription 3 weeks ago, still not able to use it. The system tells me I need to resubscribe and pay more money--twice as much as I've already paid--to gain access to my account. Repeated calls and searches and applying "fixes" have not helped! I please need assistant or must cancel and get something that actually works.

This is garbage. I’m having the same issue after changing Apple ID accounts. Can anyone get this fixed?

Any results? It won’t even let me get to a screen to hit a settings wheel. It just keeps offering the promo i already accepted. On my desktop I log in and it doesn’t even show my self employed subscription active. If I hit resubscribe it says error. So I can’t even get into the product to chat with service. This is so fraudulent. Basically quickbooks is stealing our money and offering no assistance.

Hi there,

It isn't just an iOS issue. I subscribed from the Google play store on my Android phone.  It is beyond ridiculous; looking at the threads, they have been "working" on this issue for years. It makes no sense thata company like Intuit cannot figure this issue out.
