As anyone else had 10 years of data removed from custom reports?

If you haven't tried recreating a custom report, you can do it. Then, make sure to include all the details in the report. Here's how:

1. Open the time activities report.
2. Make sure to customize it and include all your data from 10 years, especially the amount.
3. Once done, click the Save customization button.
4. Enter your custom report name. Then, Save.
   

Once done, run the modified report in the Custom Reports tab. If all data are still missing, sign in to your QBO account in a private browser. Once logged in, check the report. If it shows all the information you need, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
