Hello @PAR-Agencies,
You can reset the performance of the QuickBooks Online app installed on your mobile device so you can select your bank account accordingly. Let me walk you through the steps on how you can accomplish this.
For the mobile app interface:
- Go to the Hamburger icon.
- Select Reset App Data.
For the settings on your Android devices:
- Go to Settings.
- Under App Manager, select your QuickBooks App.
- Click Clear Cache.
For the settings on your IOS devices:
- Go to Settings.
- Under General. select Storage.
- Select your QuickBooks app.
- Click Offload App.
But if the error message shows up even after following the suggestion above, let's consider logging into your account using a browser so you can successfully organize your bank account.
In the same manner, here's an article you can read to learn more about the different browsers you can use: What computer and browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience?
On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful with a compilation of articles you can use while working with your bank account in QuickBooks: Find help with bank feeds and reconciling accounts.
Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions or concerns with QuickBooks tasks and navigations. I'm always around happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
