Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. Did you encounter the same error message?

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) for the time being.

Thanks. What's the benefit of using MTO if Mercury already supports CSV exports?

Hello there, Ben. I'll point you in the right direction to get this sorted out and connect your Mercury account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, know it isn't the experience we want you to have when connecting bank accounts inside the program. We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can check on your account and conduct further investigation. This way, they can determine why you can't connect your Mercury bank account to your company file and provide other ways to help you through this. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click Help (?).
  3. Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose, you can click Talk to a human, connect by starting a chat, or Get a callback.

For more details, please see this page: QuickBooks Online Support.

In addition, here's an article to help you manage bank transactions and reconcile an account inside the program:

Feel free to visit the Community space if you need further assistance getting your bank to connect with QuickBooks or help performing specific tasks inside the program. Our team will make sure to be on the lookout for your response. Keep safe.

Hi there. I'll provide updates about the Mercury account getting error 103.

I verified our backend regarding the Mercury account encountering error 103 while integrating with QuickBooks is already resolved.  Since you've experienced the same issue,  I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support team to have this re-opened for further investigation.

You can follow the steps shared by my colleague Kurt_M on how to reach them or click this link: QuickBooks Online Support.

For now, you can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account as a workaround. To do this, download the entries from your bank's website in a CSV format. Then, import these transactions once ready. Please refer to the steps below when uploading these entries:

  1. On the left panel, click Banking.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to Update.
  3. Choose File Upload.
  4. Select the file, and click Browse.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Select the QuickBooks account, and click Next.
  7. Map the columns, and click Next.
  8. Select the transactions to import. and click Next.
  9. Click Let's Go!.

Once everything looks good, you can review and categorize your bank transactions to ensure they are assigned to the correct accounts.
